Most people express a blend of all four styles, although one or two usually feel more natural. Each style brings valuable strengths and meaningful opportunities for growth.
Direct and Decisive
D-style individuals often bring courage, initiative, focus, and a willingness to act. They may be energized by challenges, results, and opportunities to move something forward.
Formation invitation: Growing in patience, gentleness, listening, and shared leadership.
Inspiring and Relational
I-style individuals often bring enthusiasm, encouragement, creativity, and relational energy. They may naturally connect people and help others see new possibilities.
Formation invitation: Growing in consistency, attentiveness, follow-through, and thoughtful restraint.
Steady and Supportive
S-style individuals often bring loyalty, calmness, patience, and dependable care. They may create stability and help people feel supported, welcomed, and understood.
Formation invitation: Growing in courage, adaptability, honest expression, and healthy boundaries.
Careful and Conscientious
C-style individuals often bring discernment, accuracy, thoughtfulness, and a desire for excellence. They may notice important details and ask questions others overlook.
Formation invitation: Growing in flexibility, trust, grace, timely action, and freedom from perfectionism.
